Pink, blue, green and orange all sit comfortable against a background of the softest dove grey. Pots and planters are spray painted in the brightest of tangerine, whilst metallic chrome paint gives new life to a rusting metal heating grille.
Dare to be different and paint individual walls in bold blocks of clashing colour. Stick to a maximum of two or three main colours and remember to prepare surfaces well. Make no mistake this look is intended to draw the eye and any obvious imperfections will be noted.
If total neon is too full on for your taste, tone it down by injecting one or two splashes of bold colour set against a calming white background. Introducing a few bright soft furnishings and painting select pieces will set the scene for this season’s brightest new look.
