Click on the small images to discover how to get this look.

Romantic yet modern this look takes its inspiration from the Hollywood of the 1920's and is all about glamour. Blocks of mid tone or deep lilac and lavender are enhanced with splashes of metallic paint or pearlised finishes. Paint simple shining geometric shapes freehand or stencil onto walls and furnishings. Alternatively soften large expanses of colour by washing lilac basecoats with a pearl glaze topcoat for subtle shimmering walls. Texture is introduced in the form of silk and satin flowing fabrics and complemented with a touch of decadent faux fur.

The look is clean and simple, yet never austere, opt for chrome or mirrored furniture then pile on the style with an eclectic mix of modern accessories, cut glass, mother of pearl, black and white prints and large mirrors.
